I've recently researched and built the second of my "Bite Size BA" training packages -
Stakeholder Analysis.
A short presentation covering the essentials of the subject.
It broadly follows the examination syllabus for the:
British Computer Society - Certificate In Requirements Engineering
But will also be useful for those studying for other qualifications -
or just interested in the subject ........
This includes grouping those with an interest in a project under 3 headings:
- Project Stakeholders
- Business Stakeholders
- External Stakeholders.
